Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

• Product Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Non-Refundable Items

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Sale items.

Return Process

At Glam Devi, we take pride in delivering high-quality designer blouses. We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for domestic and international orders.
  2. The blouse must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  3. The customized box and cover must also be returned in their original condition. Damaged or missing packaging may result in a deduction from your refund.

4. Custom-made or altered blouses are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note:

• It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return or express shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the customized box or cover is damaged or missing, a fee will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@glamdevi.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
